When the pin LINK[1:5] outputs low
levels, it means the corresponding 100M
Ethernet port 1-5 have established
connection.
When the pin LINK[1:5] outputs
alternate high and low levels, it means
the corresponding 100M Ethernet port
1-5 have data transmission.

SPEED[1:5].
When the 100M Ethernet port 1-5 are
configured to 10BASE-T, the
corresponding pin SPEED[1:5] output
high levels.
When the 100M Ethernet port 1-5 are
configured to 100BSEA-TX, the
corresponding pin SPEED[1:5] output
low levels.
