There is a 3-minute time limit for entering the password. If the number of
unsuccessful login attempts exceeds the set limit, the host device returns
online and refuses any further login attempts during the remainder of the
connection
When the host accepts the password, the following message and prompt
will appear on your screen:
Remote Access granted
Remote->
You may not be prompted for a password. If you aren’t, passwor
security is not active. The following prompt appears on your screen after
you type the four tildes
Remote Access granted (query only)
Remote->
During a remote-access session, the maximum number of characters
between carriage returns is 40.
