USER MANUAL

Product Overview

The Sparker F8455 tactical flashlight comes equipped with the 

CREE Q5 LED bulb which can produce an output brightness of up to 

300 lumens. The professionally designed focus system can adjust 

the beam from a wide flood light to a narrow straight beam. The 

durable body is made of aircraft grade aluminum alloy, which 

ensures the flashlight shock-proof and weather-proof. The 

flashlight uses one 18650 Li-ion high power rechargeable battery, 

and it can also be powered with three AAA batteries.

Operation

(1) Install battery

(i) Install 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery

Insert one (1) 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery 

along with the 18650 battery adapter into the 

flashlight. Be advised that the “+” end should 

face the head end of the flashlight. Backwards 

installation can damage the LED bulb.

(ii) Install AAA batteries

Put three (3) AAA batteries into the AAA battery 

adapter. The “-” end of each AAA battery should 

face the spring on the adapter. Insert the 

adapter into the flashlight. The arrow sign on 

the adapter indicates the direction. Backwards 

installation can damage the LED.

(2) Change light mode

Press tail switch to turn flashlight on and off. 

When the flashlight is ON, half press the switch 

and then release to cycle through the light 

modes in the following sequence:

High/Low/Strobe.

(3) Adjust light beam

Rotate the ring on the head of the flashlight to 

adjust from a flood beam to a spotlight.

(4) Charge 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery

WARNING: Charge only rechargeable Li-ion batteries. Charging any other type of 

rechargeable or non-rechargeable (disposable) batteries may cause leakage or 

explosion, which may  damage your body or charger.

Pull back the latch and insert the battery. Make sure that “+” end 

faces the right direction as indicated on the charger. Be advised that 

backwards installation can damage the battery and charger.

Maintenance

• If flashlight is used less than once a month, remove the batteries 

between uses to prevent slow discharge.

• To maximize the lifespan of the Li-ion rechargeable battery, please 

charge the battery before it is completely out of power.

•  It  is  suggested  to  lubricate  all  threads  and  rubber  O-rings  with 

petroleum jelly twice yearly.

• If the rubber O-ring is worn out after long periods of use, replace 

the O-ring with a new one to keep the light properly sealed.

•  Inspect  flashlight  monthly  and  carefully  remove  any  damaged 

batteries and clean any corrosion.

•  Please  don't  disassemble  the  sealed  head,  doing  so  can  cause 

damage to the light and will void the warranty.

Troubleshooting

If flashlight does not turn on or stay on, please first make sure the 

battery is working and replace the battery if needed. If the problem 

is not solved, then check if the tail cap and spring assembly are

clean and free of corrosion or other obstruction. Clean as needed. If 

the flashlight still does not operate properly, please see the 

“Warranty” section.

WARNING

• TO AVOID RISK OF EYE INJURY, DO NOT SHINE THE LIGHT DIRECTLY 

INTO THE EYES.

•  AVOID  EXPOSING  BATTERIES  TO  OPEN  FLAMES  OR  EXCESSIVE 

HEAT, WHICH MAY CAUSE LEAKAGE OR EXPLOSION.

• TO AVOID RISK OF INJURY TO EYES OR SKIN, AVOID CONTACT WITH 

ANY MATERIAL LEAKED FROM A BATTERY.

• KEEP THE FLASHLIGHT IN THE CASE WHEN TRAVELLING TO AVOID 

FLASHLIGHT ACCIENTALLY BEING TURNED ON, WHICH MAY CAUSE 

FIRE.

• THE GLASS LENS AND THE HEAD OF THE FLASHLIGHT COULD BE 

VERY HOT WHEN THE FLASHLIGHT IS TURNED ON, AVOID TOUCH

ING THEM TO PREVENT SCALDING.

Warranty

Weiita flashlight, including all internal components, but excluding 

battery, charger and accessories (if applicable), has a limited one 

year warranty from date of purchase. Battery and charger are 

warranted for 6 months from date of purchase. All accessories are 

not covered under this warranty. To make warranty claims, please 

go to www.weiita.com for detailed warranty information. A Weiita 

representative will contact you as soon as possible and give you 

further instructions. In case of warranty return, please send the 

flashlight and other necessary accessories (shipping charges 

prepaid) to 

Weiita  International  Corp,  6  Caesar  Pl,  Moonachie,  NJ 

07074, Attention: Warranty Department, along with a copy of 

receipt or other proof of purchase. Weiita will repair or replace the 

warranted defective parts and ship the unit to  you free of charge.

Exclusions

Warranty will NOT be honored for:

• Battery leakage or explosion due to misuse.

• 

Product damage due to alteration, misuse, battery leakage or lack 

of maintenance.

• Unit which was repaired by anyone other than Weiita or Weiita 

authorized service facilities.
