CHARGING
1. Only use a micro-USB 5v cable.
2. Switch product off before charging (do not switch on whilst charging).
3. Lift the charging port cover on the side of the headlight.
4. Plug the micro-USB end of the cable into the socket.
5. Plug the USB end of the cable into any USB charging port.
6. Red LED flashing indicates charging, green LED shows fully charged.
Charge Time: 2.5 hrs
7. Turn off at mains and disconnect product.
8. Turn product on and use.

Only use Unilite’s rechargeable lithium battery, otherwise the manufacturer’s warranty will be void. To keep the rechargeable batteries alive, distributors should recharge the battery every 6 months, and
users should recharge every 3 months if it is not being used for a long time. The rechargeable batteries will reach full performance only after a few complete charging and discharging cycles. Battery life is affected by
different battery brands, different ambient temperatures and different lighting modes. If not using the headlight for 3 weeks or more it is advised to remove the rechargeable batteries to avoid battery depletion and
leakage (not covered under warranty). Do not use this product in extreme cold or hot environments (belo
w -30⁰C or ab
ov
e 60⁰C). This p
roduct is water resistant to IPX5 – DO NOT SUBMERGE. If the product has been
affected by damp, remove the batteries and leave the unit open and allow to dry out completely before using. If the batteries are installed and the headlight does not work, try checking for the following: (1) Operate the
switches several times. (2) Check that the batteries are inserted the correct way around according to polarity markings. (3) Check there is no debris on the contacts that might affect the battery connection. (4) Check
there is no water or dampness in the light, if so, allow it to fully dry out and try again. If the product has been subjected to excessive moisture/water the warranty may be void. Take care not to let the lens come into
contact with hard/sharp objects, damage to the lens will affect light output. Children under 12 years of age should only use the product with adult supervision. Do not disassemble or attempt to modify the product, this
will void the warranty. Improper use or battery leakage is not covered under warranty.
