Montageanleitung KomLoc® HSK-Spanntechnik System „K“
Es sind keine speziellen Montagewerkzeuge erforderlich !
• KomLoc® Spanner in die Bajonettaussparung der Spindel einsetzen.
• Verdrehen des KomLoc® Spanners um 90°
• Dabei kann die Betätigungsseite in die gewün schte Lage gebracht werden: Die
rot markierte Seite der Gewindespindel weist auf Linksgewinde hin! Bitte diese
Betätigungsseite nicht als reguläre Betätigung verwenden. In notwendigen
Anwen dungs fällen diese Betätigungsseite mit einem geeigneten An wen dungs
hinweis dauerhaft kennzeichnen und doku mentieren.
• Gewindestift
bis auf Anschlag einschrauben und anschließend eine Um
drehung zurück drehen. Gewindestift ist mittels Schrauben sicherung gegen
Lösen gesichert.
Demontage
• Gewindestift
aus schrauben
• KomLoc® Spanner um 90° verdrehen und aus dem Grund körper nehmen.
Wartung!
• Die Gewindespindel
sollte nie trocken laufen, gegebenen falls ist sie mit
Molykote Gn plus oder einem Schmiermittel mit identischen Eigenschaften
nachzufetten.

No special tools required!
• Place the KomLoc® clamping cartridge into the bayonet recess on the spindle
• Turn the KomLoc® clamping cartridge 90°
• The activating side can now be moved to the desired position. The red mark
on side of the threaded spindle denotes an anticlockwise thread. Please do
not apply the activating side in the standard way. Where necessary please
permanently mark the activating side with an appropriate operating instruc
tion and document accordingly.
• Turn set screw
as far as stop and then turn one revolution back. The set
screw is prevented from loosening by means of a locking ring.
Removal
• Unscrew the set screw
• Turn the KomLoc® cartridge 90° and remove from tool body
Maintenance
• The threaded spindle
should never run dry! If necessary, lubricate with
Molykote Gn plus paste or with a lubricant with identical properties.
Note: The application details given depend on environmental and application conditions (such as ma-
chine, ambient temperature, use of lubricant/coolant and machine results required); these are subject to
proper conditions of use, proper use and compliance with the spindle speed limits given for the tools.
