The new model with the direct-drive system has been developed based on the DDL8700-7 machine head.
The machine demonstrates improved responsiveness to promise stress-free operation.
In addition, the control box and operation panel are integrated with the motor cover of the machine head, to simplify the setup procedure.

Enhanced energy-saving performance

The new-model compact-sized servomotor has been installed in
the direct-drive style. The new-model servomotor improves
energy consumption and achieves increased speed and torque.
As compared with the belt-driven DDL-8700-7, the DDL-8700A-7
achieves a reduction of power consumption by 25 %.
