USO PREVISTO/INDICAZIONI:
Questo dispositivo è progettato per:
•
Favorire la guarigione e ridurre ulteriori danni dopo la lesione.
•
Fornire compressione e supporto all’area lesa.
•
Contribuire a stabilizzare la caviglia per evitare movimenti indesiderati che
potrebbero aggravare la lesione.
•
Migliorare il comfort durante l’attività fisica.
•
Anche per pazienti con distorsioni acute della caviglia, distorsioni croniche
della caviglia e uso profilattico.
CARATTERISTICHE PRESTAZIONALI:
Design morbido/semirigido per limitare il movimento con una struttura elastica
o semirigida.
AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI:
Non utilizzare in caso di allergia al neoprene.
I supporti in neoprene non devono essere indossati da individui soggetti a
dermatite o con allergie note ai derivati del neoprene.
Una piccola percentuale
di persone sviluppa una condizione di allergia al neoprene. In caso di eruzione
cutanea o di patologie cutanee, interrompere immediatamente l’uso del
prodotto. Se la condizione persiste, consultare il medico. Non usare su ferite
aperte. In caso di dolore, gonfiore, variazioni di sensibilità o altre reazioni insolite
durante l’uso del prodotto, contattare immediatamente il medico. Non usare il
dispositivo se risulta danneggiato e/o se la confezione è stata aperta.
Nota:
Contattare il produttore e l’autorità competente in caso di gravi incidenti
dovuti all’uso di questo dispositivo.
INFORMAZIONI SULL’APPLICAZIONE:
1.
In posizione seduta sul bordo di una sedia, indossare un calzino di cotone su
piede e caviglia. Non indossare calze in nylon con questo tutore. (Fig. 1)
2. Prima dell’applicazione, allentare o rimuovere i lacci. Infilare il piede nel
supporto. (Fig. 2)
3. Allacciare il supporto come si farebbe con una scarpa alta. I lacci devono
essere stretti, ma non tanto da bloccare la circolazione. (Fig. 3)

This device is designed to:

Promote healing and reduce further damage after injury.
•
Provide compression and support to the injured area.
•
Helping to stabilize the ankle to prevent any unwanted movement that
could aggravate injury.
•
Enhancing comfort during activity.
•
Also for patients with Acute ankle sprains, Chronic ankle
sprains and Prophylactic use.pain.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS:
Soft-good/semi-rigid designed to restrict motion through elastic or semi-rigid
construction.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use if allergic to neoprene. Neoprene
supports should not be worn by individuals with known susceptibility to
dermatitis or allergies to neoprene by products.
A small percentage of people
develop an allergic condition to neoprene. Should rash or skin condition develop,
discontinue wearing the product immediately. If the condition persists, consult
your physician. Do not use over open wounds. If pain, swelling, changes in
sensation or other unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should
contact your doctor immediately. Do not use this device if it was damaged and/
or package has been opened.
Note:
Contact manufacturer and competent authority in case of a serious
incident arising due to usage of this device.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
1.
While seated at the edge of a chair, place cotton sock over the foot and
ankle. Nylon stockings may not be worn with this brace. (Fig. 1)
2. Before application, loosen or remove laces. Slip the foot through the
support. (Fig. 2)
3. Lace up the support as you would a high-top shoe. Laces should be snug,
but not restrict circulation. (Fig. 3)
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
To clean, hand wash with mild soap in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly to
remove all residual soap. AIR DRY.
Note:
Residual soap may cause skin irritation and deteriorate the material.
WARRANTY:
DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its
accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from
the date of sale. To the extent the terms of this warranty are inconsistent with
local regulations, the provisions of such local regulations will apply.
ISTRUZIONI PER LA PULIZIA:
Per la pulizia, lavare a mano con un detergente delicato in acqua tiepida.
Risciacquare accuratamente per rimuovere tutto il sapone residuo. LASCIARE
ASCIUGARE ALL’ARIA.
Nota:
Il sapone residuo potrebbe causare irritazione della cute e deterioramento
del materiale.
GARANZIA:
DJO, LLC si impegna alla riparazione o alla sostituzione di tutti
i componenti del dispositivo e dei relativi accessori in caso di difetti nella
lavorazione e nel materiale rinvenuti entro sei mesi dalla data di acquisto.
Nella misura in cui i termini della presente garanzia non risultino conformi alle
normative locali, risulteranno applicabili le disposizioni di queste ultime.
