Remove the battery holder
and peel off the plastic film
on the battery to activate
the ruler.

Please read the entire instruction manual before using and save it for future use.
A. Setting the time (setup mode)
1. Press , then press “LONDON”.
2. Press “SET” twice and set the seconds (the second
digits will flash) using the arrow keys (
Λ
and
V
).
3. Press “SET” once more and set the hours (the hour
digits will flash) using the arrow keys (
Λ
and
V
).
4. Continue in the same way, setting the minutes, year,
month and date. Press “SET” again to save your
settings.
5. Select 12 or 24 hour display using the “12/24” button
(in setup mode).
B. Displaying the time in other cities
You can find out what the time is in various cities by
pressing the respective button (press twice to view
summer time, once more to resume normal time display).
C. Calendar
You can skip forward or backward a month at a time using
the arrow keys (
Λ
) and (
V
), the calendar contains all the
years from 1901 to 2099.
D. Setting the alarm
Press to enter the setup mode.
1. Press “SET” once and set the alarm time (hours)
using the arrow keys (
Λ
) and (
V
).
2. Press “SET” once and set the alarm time (minutes)
using the arrow keys. (
Λ
) and (
V
). Press “SET” to
save the setting.
3. Press to turn the alarm off/on.
4. You can also turn the alarm off using the “SNOOZE”
button, it will ring again after five minutes.
E. Countdown
1. Press “COUNTDOWN” to enter the setup mode.
2. Press “SET” and set the desired countdown date
(year, month, date) using the arrow keys (
Λ
and
V
),
press “SET” after each setting.
3. Press “COUNTDOWN” (in display mode) to view the
number of days remaining until the set date.
F. Timer
1. Press (TIMER)
2. Press “SET” twice and set the hour (the hour digits
will flash) using the arrow keys (
Λ
and
V
).
3. Press “SET” once more and set the minutes (the
minute digits will flash) using the arrow keys
(
Λ
and
V
).
4. Press “TIMER” to start/stop the countdown.
5. Press any of the buttons to deactivate the alarm.
G. Calculator
Press (CAL/AC) to enter the calculator mode.
a. Normal 8-digit calculator
b. Currency converter
1. Press (C1) or (C2) (in calculator mode)
2. Press “SET ” to enter the exchange rate, e.g. 9.1234.
(in this example 1€ =9.1234 SEK), you can set different
currencies on C1 and C2.
Example calculation:
how many Swedish Crowns
(SEK) is 85.65 € worth? Press:
85.65 *C1 the answer is
776.49 SEK
H. Note
• You can turn the sound on/off by pressing the (
♪
) key.
• In calculator mode you can skip backwards a digit at a
time from the left side of the display by pressing (
→
).
• You can always return to normal time display by
pressing .
• Battery change: The ruler operates on a CR2025 (3 V)
battery, this should be replaced when the display starts
to fade.
I. Resetting
Remove the battery holder and the battery if you wish to
delete all your settings. Insert the battery again afterwards.
J. Disposal
Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If
you are unsure about how to dispose of this product con-
tact your municipality.
