EXTENDED BOSS BARRE PRO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
On a clean surface that will not scratch the finish of the
bars, place two of the horizontal sections of one side of the
barre parallel to each other. Take the two specially made
Reinforcement pieces and place one each in-line of the
horizontal bars:

Slide the Reinforcement pieces into the horizontal sections
until the ring-stoppers come into contact, as shown below:

Line up the pre-assembled Center Support section
perpendicular to the horizontal pieces that now have the
Reinforcement pieces inside, with set screws facing up:

Slide the pre-assembled Center Support over the horizontal
pieces until it lines up with the yellow markings:

Slide the pre-assembled Center Support until the yellow
lines just disappear, and TIGHTEN LIGHTLY. Do NOT fully
tighten the set screws at this point:
6.
Slide other horizontal bars onto the Reinforcement pieces
and into the pre-assembled center support, until they come
to a stop against the ring-stoppers. Please note that the fit
is intentionally very tight. You may have to slightly “wiggle”
the horizontals to get them in place. LIGHTLY TIGHTEN set
screws. Do NOT fully tighten the set screws at this point:
