7.2.2 MODBUS ID setting
Master and slave address setting by command on board
When unit is in standby mode, pressing both “MODE” and “FAN UP ” buttons on command on board,
and keep 3 seconds, after long beep from buzzer, unit would come into ID address setting mode.
Number LED would display the original ID code if it was set before. By pressing Temperature
UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the address code, 02-31 codes mean slave unit, and
01 means master unit.
When you have settled ID code with temperature UP/down buttons , to confirm the ID address you must
push SLEEP button , and after long beep from buzzer , setting is memorized, unit would come back to
normal display. If there is no any operation after 5 seconds, ID setting is invalid. After long beep from
buzzer, LCD would come back to normal display.
If system is connected with computer, then computer should be master unit. The 01 ID code must be
changed to 32 by hand, now all the units are slaves. As system should have only one master unit.
