Operating your hand mixer
1.
Ensure that the speed controller is set to [0] (fig. 2) and that the accessory is
firmly attached (fig. 3).
2. Insert the plug into the plug socket.
3. Hold the accessory in the prepared working container.
Set the speed controller to the desired speed setting (fig. 2).

The hand mixer starts working.
IMPORTANT:
Begin by mixing ingredients at a low speed before incrementally increasing it to
the recommended speed setting for that type of food.
CAUTION!
Extended operation leads to damage!
Ensure that you do not use the hand mixer for more than 4 minutes.
Take particular care not to use the turbo feature for more than 2 minutes.
If the hand mixer becomes hot and begins to smell, switch it off and unplug it
immediately.
Allow the hand mixer to cool completely and check for possible damage be-
fore restarting it.
