4.4 Turbo feature
The [Turbo] button (fig. 2) can be added at any time (also in [0] setting) and is for
briefly using the appliance at maximum speed.
1.
Press the [Turbo] button (fig. 2) while the appliance is in operation.
2. Release the [Turbo] button to stop the Turbo feature.
CAUTION!
Overheating causes damage!
The appliance is equipped with a protection feature that switches the motor off
in the event of possible overheating.
Do not use the Turbo feature for longer than 2 minutes to prevent the motor
from overheating.
Should overheating cause the appliance to automatically switch off, remove
the plug from the plug socket.
Allow the hand mixer to cool completely and check for possible damage be-
fore restarting it.
4.5 Switching off and accessory release
1. Switch the appliance off by setting the speed
controller to [0] (fig. 2).
CAUTION!
Risk of injury and damage from rotating acces-
sory parts!
The appliance continues to run for a short time
after it has been switched off.
Wait until the appliance has come to a com-
plete standstill before removing it from the
working container.
2. Remove the plug from the plug socket.
3. Set the speed controller to [E] and press it
downward (fig. 4).

The accessory can be removed.
