When you are composing the pump, consider the screwing torques listed on the
pictures below.

Check the suction system.
Open the pressure valves on
the operating unit and leave
the pump working. Check the
pressure in the air chamber.
3. The water flow is irregular The air chamber is empty.
Raise the pressure in the
chamber for 1/10 of the
working pressure.
4. The water is flowing
without pressure
The washer on the operating
unit is defect. The valves are
not working properly.
Replace the washer or the
seat of the valve.
5. The pump is operating
loud
Oil level is too low.
Refill oil.
6. In the outgoing fluid is oil.
One or more membranes are
defect.
Replace the membranes
