4.10.1 Connecting the ONLITE central eBox BSIM
Application area
The ONLITE central eBox BSIM is a device with 4 switch inputs. The switches connected to the switch inputs can
be used to switch the emergency lighting on and off together with the general lighting.

The luminaires are assigned to the ONLITE central eBox BSIM via the app.

The ONLITE central eBox BSIM is installed in the distribution unit for the general voltage supply and connected to
the system bus.

Note
Observe the maximum line length for the system bus:

If the maximum line length is exceeded, the set switching modes may no longer function or it may
no longer be possible to operate the
nBox system. However, the emergency lighting function is still
guaranteed.
System limits
For each nBox system, no more than 9 ONLITE central eBox BSIM can be used.
Attention
When mounting and installing the device the voltage supply must be disconnected and the battery
fuse removed, including the supply to the phases to be monitored.
