4 Mounting and installation
4.1 Requirements
nBox systems can only be mounted on even walls with appropriate load-bearing capacity. Enough free space
must be provided above and in front of the nBox in order to have enough work space during installation and
maintenance work. There must be enough free space at the sides and underneath as well, in order to ensure
sufficient ventilation of the device.

Note
To ensure adequate ventilation, the following minimum
distances to walls or other devices/distribution boards
must be observed:

Distance to the left, above and below of at least
150 mm.
·
Distance to the right of at least 50 mm.
The nBox is mounted to the wall using 3 screws.

Note
The mounting material is not included in delivery.
Requirements:
Before starting the installation process for the nBox , ensure that the following requirements have been met:
– Connections for the voltage supply to the nBox system are available on site in accordance with the technical
data in the appendix and the circuit diagrams.
–
The mains fuse provided on site is open.
– There are no batteries in the battery space (condition on delivery).
Calculating the load-bearing capacity of the walls
Use the following weight information when calculating the load-bearing capacity of the walls:
