Active/Modify/Deactive PIN

Input the correct PIN code when active or
deactive PIN
。
If input wrong PIN code continually for three times,
SIM card will be locked, it needs PUK1 to unlock. If
activate PIN code check, you need to input PIN when
you power on the mobile phone each time
。
Modify PIN
You must activate PIN code before modifying it,
firstly input the former code, then enter the new one
。
