Checking the System Status Page
You can use the
System Status
page when you want to:

Check how long it has been since you last rebooted the modem (
Up time

View your
WAN

LAN
settings
To view the
System Status

Changing the Password of the Zoom Configuration

To change the password, log into the
Zoom Configuration Manager
(please see step 1 on page 2). Then click the
Advanced Setup
icon at the top
of the page.

User Configuration
button located in the
Administration
group
on the
Advanced Setup

page, locate the row that contains the
admin
username.

Click the pencil icon at the right end of the row to open the
User Config –
Modify

box, enter
zoomadsl
in lowercase letters.

box, enter the new password you would like to use.
The password is case sensitive and cannot exceed 128 characters.

Restoring Factory Settings
If you have changed the system settings on your modem and want to restore them
to the factory settings, you can do so in one of two ways: You can perform a
software reset
or a
hard reset

Doing a Software Reset
