INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
Replace the guard if it has been
exposed to impact or is cracked.
Check that nuts and screws are tight.

Check that the battery is intact.

Check the battery's charge.

Check that the release buttons on the
battery works and locks the battery into
the machine.

Check that the battery charger is intact
and functional.

Clean the oil tank vent
X
Check that all couplings, connections
and cables are intact and free from dirt.
X
Clean the chip guard
X
Check the connections between the
battery and the machine and also
check the connection between battery
and the battery charger.
X
Check that the trimmer head is not
damaged. Replace the trimmer head if
it is damaged.
All service on the trimmer head must be
carried out by an authorized Zomax dealer.
Check condition of Drive Sprocket.
