Measuring Spoon:

May be used to measure yeast, sugar, salt, dry milk and

spices. The large side measures 1 tablespoon; the small side

measures 1 teaspoon. The halfway mark on each measure

one-half tablespoon and one-half teaspoon, respectively.

Measuring cup:

Is for measuring liquids only; filled to the brim it measures 1

cup.
