4.3 I Cleaning the propeller
To avoid serious injury:
•
Disconnect the cleaner from the power supply.
•
Wear gloves when handling the propeller
.
•
Remove the filter using the handle (see figure ).
•
Remove the external flow guide
by lifting it so as to clear the clips (see figure ).
•
Upon first removal, you will notice that the internal flow guide is securely tightened, which is why we recommend
inserting a screwdriver into the holes to loosen it by turning the screwdriver in the anti-clockwise direction (see figure
).
•
Once the internal flow guide has been loosened, unscrew it by hand (see figure ).
•
Remove the internal flow guide (see figure ).
•
Put on a pair of gloves and pull the propeller, holding it firmly to take it out (see figure ).
•
Remove any debris (leaves, stones, etc.) which may be blocking the propeller (see figure ).
