9 Trouble Shootings
1)
Users in the use of the process do not recognize.

Check whether the use of the environment by the window or sunlight, please
put the device indoor and 9.8 feet away from the window.

Check whether the facial expressions and the standing postures are identical
when registering and verifying. It is recommended to follow the
recommended method in the operation guide.
2)
The user registration without glasses, when wearing glasses cannot be
recognized.

During the process of registering a human face, the user would record the face
three times. The user can wear the glasses for the first time or the second time,
and the other time can take off the glasses.
3)
Users in the use of the phenomenon of misjudgment.
 Misjudgment exists a certain probability, the user can re-enter the face
information to solve.
4)
“Invalid time zone” is displayed after verification.
 Contact Administrator to check if the user has the privilege to gain access
within that time Schedule.
5)
Verification succeeds but the user cannot open door.

Check Wiegand Output format settings
 Check Access Rights in Symmetry software
6)
Network Offline

If the network is offline, you can see icon at the upper right corner.
Please check the network connection.
