1) Analog cellname look-up is not supported for RCU/ZK-SAM products. The fields may import
and export but there is no reporting of cellname for Analog for RCU/ZK-SAM.

This is a 3 digit decimal number which is intended to be used to encode

inforrmation related to the base radio associated with the iDEN carrier
