INSTALLATION / FIRST START-UP
TRANSPORT AND UNPACKING
- Check if the supply corresponds to the delivery note.
- Check the delivery for completeness and integrity immediately after receipt. Evident defects must
be noted on the delivery notes, in order to claim for compensation against the carrier company.
- In case of complaints, have the transport documents countersigned by the carrier and send a
copy to Zirkonzahn.
- Follow the safety regulations for moving loads.
- A forklift or a lift tray truck (> 300 kg) are recommended for the transport of the pallet
(observe pictograms on packing).
- Transport weights: Zirkonofen 700 or 91 kg
Zirkonofen 700 Ultra-Vakuum 117 kg
Pallet 20 kg
- The sintering furnace is supplied on a pallet and encased by a cardboard box.
- Do not put any other object on top of the cardboard box.
- Caution when removing the cardboard box (glass lining).
CAUTION: Remove the packaging material in the combustion chamber.
- Caution when unpacking and setting up the system: risk of injury.
