3. FUEL COCK AND FUELTANK FILTER
(TIME: per 150h or per three month).
3.1. Clean fuel cock.
3.1.1. Stop engine.
3.1.2. Turn fuel cock lever to “OFF”.
3.1.3. Clean with solvent. (Picture21)
3.2 Clean fuel tank filter.
3.2.1. Clear in solvent.
3.2.2. Wipe off.
3.2.3. Insert into fuel tank. (Picture 22)
(VII) TROUBLE SHOOTING
Engine won’t start
1. Check fuel
2. Check engine switch
3. Check spark plug
4. If engines still won’t start, check following
4.1 If fuel cock is clogging
4.2 If air filter is clogging.
4.3 Installation and major repair work shall be carried out only by specifically trained personnel.
4.4 Or consult dealer or manufacturer.
(IX) STORAGE
When the generator set is not being operated or being stored more than one month, follow these
instructions:
1. Drain all the fuel out of the tank, fuel cock, and carburetor.
2. Shake the tank till all the excess being drain off.
3. Pour about one tablespoon of motor oil through the spark plug hole, then pull the starter several times
and install the plug (with ignition off), until you feel that piston is on its compression, stop pulling.
4. Stay the generator set in a dry, well-ventilated place, with the cover place over it.
