13.1
Transport
The tire changer must be transported in its original packaging and transported to the position
shown on the package. The packaged machine can be moved with a suitable forklift.
Lifting it out of the packaging in the workplace with suitable lifting device!
The lifting of the machine must be performed by qualified personnel with proper equipment!
13.2
unpacking
Remove the protective box and check whether the equipment is complete.
Check that no parts were damaged. If something is wrong, do not use the machine, and contact
your dealer immediately. Later claims of shipping damage or incomplete delivery can not be ac-
cepted.
13.3
The workplace
Choose a suitable place for the machine. This shall conform to applicable provisions for job securi-
ty and have a suitable power and compressed air supply.
The ground must be firm and level and can support the weight of the machine.
Provide at least 1m free space around the machine.
The outdoor operation, as well as in fire or explosion hazard areas is prohibited.
The operation of the machine when humidity is above 70 ° is prohibited.
Attach the machine through the 4-prepared holes on the machine feet to sub-floor.
13.4
Electrical connection
A T T E N T I O N
When working on an ungrounded machine:

If a plug is supplied, this must only be connected to a properly fitted and grounded electrical out-
let!
The plug (if supplied) must not be changed. If this does not fit or is defective, only a qualified
electrical engineer may modify or replace the plug!
The grounding conductor is green-yellow!
In the event of repair or replacement of the grounding conductor must not be connected to an
under voltage can!
Check with a qualified electrician or service that the grounding instructions are understood and
the machine is grounded!
A damaged cable must be replaced immediately!
13.5
Compressed air connection
Connect the machine with the compressed air connection (24) to your pneumatic device. Please
note the ZI-RMM94H must only be connected to a compressed air supply with 8-10 bar.
