ASSEMBLY
Unpack the mobile ZIPPER brush cutter ZI-MOS100-4T and check the machine for any transport
damage and for completeness of delivery.

Zusammenbau
Das benötigte Werkzeug wird mit der Maschine mitgeliefert.
Alle rostgeschützten Teile mit milden Reinigungsmitteln säubern.
N O T E
When assembling look for it that teeth engage together.
13.1.1
Installation of Angle adjusting handle and alum pipe A.
Insert the alum pipe A (which is connected to the
clutch housing assy) into the the contracted tube,
and fix the quick joint to the end of alum pipe A.
Fix the Angle adjusting handle into the contracted
tube as pic shows and tight the bolts with a inner
hex wrench.

Installation of angel adjusting
bracket
Install the angel adjusting bracket into the
chassis.
pull the T nut to make the angel turning and
release the T nut to fix the angel.
