1.
Put
machine on a flat surface with firm
ground.
2.
Lift the machine and set on blocks or
supports, which can carry the weight of
the machine.
3.
Disassemle the dump box as in 13.2.1
4.
Loosen the locknut A and bolt B shown in
above figure to let the tracks loose
enough (15.1)
5.
Slip old tracks off and install the new
tracks.
6.
Adjust bolt B to assure correct tightness
7.
Secure bolt B by tightening locknut A thoroughly.
8.
Mount dump box as in 13.2.1

Replacing tracks ZI-MD 500 / 500H
Check the condition oft he tracks periodically. If any track is cracked or frayed, it schould be
replaced as soon as convenient.
WARNING
When removing and replacing the chain, make sure that you pinching your hands between the
wheel and the chain.

Disassemle the dump box as in 13.2.2
4.
Disassemle the impeller cover plate

Loosen the locknut A and bolt B shown in above figure to let the tracks loose enough (15.1)
6.
Slip old tracks off and install the new tracks.
7.
Adjust bolt B to assure correct tightness
8.
Secure bolt B by tightening locknut A thoroughly.

Assemle the impeller cover plate

Mount dump box as in 13.2.2

Check the Oil level
Provide mini vans on horizontal ground.
Unscrew the oil filler cap by turning the dipstick and wipe it off.
Reinsert dipstick all the way into the filler pipe.
Pull out the dipstick and check the oil level in a horizontal position. The oil level must be
between the maximum and minimum mark.

Lubrication
Lubrication points:
lubricate the moving parts of the vehicle operator is primarily used to keep
dirt and water from their joints away and prevent corrosion, so smooth and long life are
ensured.
Some models are equipped with grease nipples.
The mounted grease nipple are also lubricated with a grease gun.
