Start / Stop:
Grip the machine with one hand on the operating handle and
with the other hand on the handle.
Start:
1. Press lock button (A) and 2.ON-OFF-switch (B) and
let ON-OFF-switch pressed.
Stop:
Release ON-OFF-switch (B)
Trimming:
Hold the bottom of the trimmer head about 8cm above the
ground.
Allow only the tip of the cutting line to make contact.
Do not work forwards to fast.
Scalping:
Hold the bottom of the trimmer head about 8cm above the
ground and at an angle.
Allow the tip of the cutting line the strike the ground.
This technic increase cutting lines wear.
Edge trimming:
Push angle adjustment knob (A) and
twist the trimmer head 180° (B).
Operate the trimmer head onto the
plant protector and start edge trimming
Catching nylon line:
During use the line will become worn or may break off if it
strikes a stone or a similar hard object.
To increase the length of the line, switch on the trimmer and
while it is running tap the head of the trimmer against the
ground. When the button on the trimmer head is bumped
against the ground, centrifugal force will extend the line.
Excess line will be cut off by the cutting blade built into the
guard
