This mode allows the HydroTap to go into Energy Saving mode.
There are two options available: ‘Sleep’ mode and ‘ON/OFF’ mode.
To activate the sleep mode:
1. Press [MENU] -[Settings] -
[Energy Modes].
2. Press [Sleep Modes]
3. In the next screen, use the up
and down arrows to select one
of the 7 options, as shown in
the table below.

Lux (Light) Sensor Calibration:
It is recommended to recalibrate the Lux (Light) Sensor after
selecting any of the 4 Lux sensor options from the sleep mode
menu. Before commencing, ensure there are ‘Normal to Dim’ (not
dark) operating light conditions. Refer to section C5 on Page 14 for
calibration procedure.
Note:
Any attempt to dispense water will bring the unit out of
sleep mode. Allow sufficient time for the water to reach the set
temperature after disabling the sleep mode. The unit will return to
sleep mode when triggered by the light level or 2 hr of inactivity.
Sleep Mode
Sleep mode is triggered by darkened light level or a 2 hour
period of inactivity.
