6 - SPECIAL FUNCTIONS MENU:
This menu contains preset programs at set temperatures for thawing, keeping food
warm, yoghurt, warming plates and proving dough.
Touch the relative symbol to access a page where the following values can be
entered:
- a beeping timer;
- the operating time.
Once you have made all the settings you need, touch the “green traffic light”
symbol to activate the chosen program.
The remaining time and the end of program time will appear in the centre of the
display. The preset operating time can always be changed by touching the relative
symbol.
When the program has terminated, there will be a beeping signal, while a flag will
appear on the display. Touch the flag symbol to interrupt the program.
Thawing
:
This program is useful for thawing frozen foods. It uses a set temperature of 50°C,
which cannot be changed while the time proposed is 120 minutes and can be
modified.
Keeping food warm
:
This program allows cooked food to be kept warm. It uses a set temperature of
80°C, which cannot be changed while the time proposed is 60 minutes and can be
modified.
Yoghurt
:
This program is useful for preparing yoghurt. It uses a set temperature of 38°C,
which cannot be changed while the time proposed is 180 minutes and can be
modified.
Plate warming
:
This program can be used for warming plates. It uses a set temperature of 65°C,
which cannot be changed while the time proposed is 60 minutes and can be
modified.
