FAQ
The Zigbee battery motor needs a hub (sold separately) to connect with Google.
It works with most popular hub in market, such as Smarthings.
1. HOW TO PAIR SHADE WITH GOOGLE
？
1) Use 5V,2A plug to charge motor over 12 hours.
2) Replace new remote battery.
3) Reset motor on page 17.
4) Re-pair remote with motor on page 18.
2. WHAT TO DO IF THE MOTOR NOT WORKING
？
You can refer to the page 17 to reset the motor and page 18 to re-pair then refer to the
page 12-13 to set the top and bottom limit again.
3. WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT A NEW TOP&BOTTOM LIMIT POSTION
？
1) Please measure your outside/inside window frame again, double check the size is
same as order.
2) If the size is same as order, please measure blind size and contact customer
service team.
4. WHAT TO DO IF A SHADE DOES NOT FIT TO YOUR WINDOW
？
Please try to refer to the manual page 5-6 to set a rountine.
5. WHAT TO DO IF A SHADE CAN'T BE CONTROLLED BY THE ALEXA
VOICE COMMAND

1) Please check if your alexa device is the correct one as we displayed in the page 3
.
2) If YES, please try the instruction on the page 3 again. If the problem remains,
please contract customer service team.
3) If NOT, you need to buy the correct alexa device moudle or a hub. If you need help,
please contact customer service team.
