Connecting the foot pedals 

• 

Connect the foot pedals “glass plate up” and “glass plate down” [29] at the rear 
side of the book cradle (refer to blue resp. red color margins). 

• 

To avoid unwanted disconnection of the cables, the round plugs have a thread. 
Please tighten them manhandled 

2.9 

Connecting the power cords 

• 

Connect the power cord [30] to the drive unit at the appropriate socket at the 
back side of the book cradle 

• 

Connect the power cord [31] to the appropriate socket at the back side of the 
book cradle and the other end to a mains socket  

 

 

   

The scanner might be operated at 220-230V AC at 50/60 Hz only! 

   

For other voltages use a power converter! 

 

• 

For switching on and off the power of the scanner use the mains switch [32]
