Assembly requires 2 persons.
Tools required: 10mm Spanner, Slotted (Flat-head) Screwdriver, 4mm Hex (Allen) Key.
1. 1.Locate Seat Assembly (A) into Side Assemblies (B) ensuring bolt-holes are aligned and insert 2no
bolts per side (See Figs 1a & 1b). Locate washers and carefully thread nuts on to bolts, but do not tighten
fully at this stage.
2. 2.Insert 4no Cross Dowels into 10 mm holes to rear of Back Assembly ensuring slots face outwards (as
shown in Figs 2a, which allows for aligning dowels with bolts using a slot head screwdriver). Position the
Back Assembly (C) between Side Assemblies (Fig 2b) and insert 2no bolts per side and carefully thread
bolts into cross dowels (Figs 2c & 2d)
3. 3. Finally, ensure ALL nuts and bolts are fully tightened.
Emily 3 seater Bench is now complete.
