Purging the cylinders
Purge the lift cylinders by lowering the
platform fully to the ground a couple of
times. You may have to lift the vehicle
in order to lower the platform fully.
For the tilt cylinder model
Purge the tilt cylinders by raising the
platform fully against the vehicle body
and then tilting it all the way down.
Oil may need to be filled during aera
-
tion of cylinders.
NOTE.

Transport lock
Electric hose rupture valves serve as
locks for the loading platform. The lock
opens automatically if the down function
is actuated from the control device. The
valves are actually non-return valves
that let fluid into the cylinders, but not
out until they are actuated by the flow
from the lowering valve. The platform
is thereby hydraulically locked during
transport.
