HOW TO USE THE ROTISSERIE SET
•
Insert one of the two forks into the spit, making sure that the pointed part of the fork faces the center of the spit.
Fix the first fork to the spit with the butterfly screw.

Insert the food on the spit sliding it along the first fork
•
Insert the second fork from the opposite side of the spit, making sure that the pointed part of the fork is also
facing the center of the spit.
•
Insert the second fork through the food and fix the fork with the other butterfly screw.
•
Make sure you have placed the food in the center of the spit, to ensure a more homogeneous cooking.
•
Insert one side of the spit in the square hole placed on the right side inside the oven cavity.
•
Place the other end on the support, on the left side inside the oven cavity.
