3. Loosen gear nut with cresent wrench. 

4. Remove adjustment gear nut. 

 

5. Unscrew 4 cover screws with allen wrench.  6. Remove cover and disassemble blade set. 

 

 

7. Apply grease to recess in blade. 

8. Apply grease to gear teeth and center bolt 
hole. 

 

 

9. Assemble blade set, place cover and insert 
center bolt. 

10. Tighten 4 cover screws with allen wrench.
