Repair instructions
7.15 Assembling the intake system

Tighten the inlet bellows. Make sure the nipple D
is attached to the pump hose, see figure 60.

Press the fuel intake together on the inlet bellows
E and thread on the fitting cone F, see figure 61.

Refit the tank unit. Insert the fitting cone as shown
in figure 62. Use pliers with a shrinkable tube to
insert the air intake bellows B and C, see figures
57 and 62. Pull off the fitting cone and make sure
the bellows is placed correctly.

Push the nipple back through the grommet to the
saw chain tank and fit the tank unit.

Assemble the vibration elements as shown in figu-
res 55 and 56.
Fit the:
• carburettor
• handle cover
• air filter holder
• air filter
• air filter housing
• clutch cover
