Error Messages / Troubleshooting
If the equipment does not operate normally during use, please check the items listed in Table 1 before
requesting service. If none of the following problems apply, or if the following remedies do not help, turn
off the power to the equipment and contact Zeltiq Customer Service.
Error messages:
Service required
If a service must be performed, a message is displayed to inform the user to contact the service
personnel.
Initialization failed
If the initialization fails, an error message occurs to inform the user to reboot the device. If the error
occurs again, please contact the service personnel.
