HEPA 13 OUTLET FILTER
The vacuum cleaners are equipped with outlet filter HEPA
class (High Efficiency Particulate Air) H13.
1
The outlet filter HEPA 13 should be replaced when the
filter’s surface is dirty, or in case when the outlet filter’s
replace indicator lamp
(14)
is turned on (pulsating red
light). Simultaneously with turning on the light of outlet
filter’s replace indicator, the sound signalling of outlet filter’s
replacement is also turned on (so called „Buzzer”), and the
suction power of vacuum cleaner will be reduced (setting 1).
2
In order to replace HEPA 13 filter, lift up the handle of
vacuum cleaner. Then hold the cover of outlet filter
(1)

two outstanding catches, pull strongly the outlet filter’s cover
using your thumbs, and lift it upwards. Put out the outlet
filter’s cover from the vacuum cleaner.
3
Take out the cassette of HEPA 13 filter, replace the waste
cassette with a new one. The HEPA 13 filter makes possible
the efficient usage of vacuum cleaner for ca. 1 year.
4
Put the cover on in following manner: two ledges located
in the lower part of cover should hit the gaps in the casing
of vacuum cleaner, tighten the cover of filter until the back
catches snap on the casing.

In case the noise dampening foam
(27)
is dirty, there
is an opportunity to wash it with the running water. Before
re-installing remember to dry the foam.
ATTENTION! Due to safety reasons it is disallowed to
put the wet noise dampening foam.
4
Put the washed out noise dampening foam
(27)
into its
previous location. Put the cover on in following manner: two
ledges located in the lower part of cover should hit the gaps

SAFBAG dust bag disassembly/assembly
1
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with safety valve located
in chamber of dust container (bag). It opens automatically in
case the total stopping of suction hose or total stopping of
equipment elements connected thereto happened, it opens
also in case the overfill of SAFBAG bag/dust container
„CYKLON” happened. One can hear characteristic „whirr”
sound inside the vacuum cleaner after opening the valve.
Opening the safety valve will cause turning on the lamp of
dust bag full indicator of dust bag/dust container „CYKLON”.
2
The light on dust bag/dust container „CYKLON”
(10)
full indicator (the sucker or the brush is upraised over the
cleaned surface) informs, that the bag is full and should be
therefore replaced with new one. Moreover, the dust bag/
dust container „CYKLON” full indicator may operate in case
of suction hose stopping or in case of stopping of equipment
elements connected thereto.
3
Switch off the vacuum cleaner by pressing the on/off
button
(7)
and unplug the appliance.
4
Press the two side buttons on the end of the hose and
remove the hose end from the inlet opening of the vacuum
cleaner.
5
Release the front cover fastening
(15)
and open the cover.
6
Remove the SAFBAG dust bag module from the vacuum
cleaner chamber
(25)
.
7
Shut the SAFBAG bag cover in order to cover the hole of
the soiled bag. While holding the bag plate, bend it upwards
and pull the bag out of the bag catch, guides.
8
Insert the plate of the new dust bag in the tracks of the
SAFBAG dust bag module
(25)
and slide it until stop. The
direction for inserting the dust bag is indicated by the arrow
on the bag.
Slide the SAFBAG dust bag module together with the
●
installed bag in the tracks located on the side of the
vacuum cleaner chamber. Close the cover by pressing it
until you hear a characteristic click – pay attention not to
trap the dust bag.
ATTENTION! Do not vacuum without SAFBAG bag
module/dust container „CYKLON” installed in the
vacuum cleaner. The lack of SAFBAG bag module/dust
container „CYKLON” disables slamming the upper
cover of the vacuum cleaner.
ZELMER vacuum cleaners are equipped with SAFBAG dust
bags in the amount indicated in the table. It is recommended
to replace the dust bag if:
a) the dust bag full indicator lights up,
