●
Remove the protective film from the control panel and

●
Wash all appliance elements (except for heating unit
with a water reservoir) with warm water and dishwashing
liquid. Dry thoroughly.
●
Wipe the interior of the water reservoir with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse the heating unit with water
reservoir, power cord and plug in water or any
other liquid.
●
Unwind the power cord from the cord storage.
Preparing the appliance for operation
POUR WATER
Make sure that the power cord plug is pulled
out from the mains.
1
Place the appliance on a stable, even surface away from
objects / surfaces which may be damaged by hot steam,
e.g. wall-hung cabinets, walls.
2
Place the power cord in the notch of the housing.
3
Fill the reservoir with water. The water level in the
reservoir must be between the MIN and MAX marks.
Do not exceed the "MAX" level marked on the
side wall of the water reservoir.
Filling the water reservoir to the MAX level
allows for approximately 40 minutes of
appliance operation and 60 minutes of
keep warm function, whereas filling the
water reservoir to the MIN level allows for
approximately 10 minutes of operation.
Do not put any seasoning or any other liquids
than water into the water reservoir.
DRIP TRAY AND BOWLS ASSEMBLY
1
After filling the reservoir with water (see "POUR
WATER") fit the drip tray on the heating unit so that the
steam vents positions are adjusted to the steam generators.
Push the drip tray to the heating unit.
Make sure the drip tray evenly adheres to the
heating unit at each side.
2
When cooking products with different cooking times, the
front steam bowls may be fitted with separators.
Upper and lower bowl separators are not
interchangeable. Put the separators in bowls so
that the arrow at the "up" sign was facing up.
3
Put the products into the steam bowls.
It is recommended to use the lower bowls for
larger portions of food that requires longer
cooking.
Loosely place the products in the steam bowls,
so as not to completely block the flow of steam
through the vents in the base of steam bowls.
4
Place the lower steam bowls on a drip tray. Adjust the
bowls to the steam vents.
