Important safety instructions
Read all instructions before using the appliance.
●
The steam cooker is intended for household use. In case
●
of using it for business purposes the guarantee terms
shall be revised.
Connect the steam cooker to a suitable mains supply
●
outlet (only AC), with grounding, the voltage shall meet
the requirements indicated at the nameplate.
Always place the appliance on firm and plain surface.
●
Make sure that the power supply cord does not run over
●
the edge of a table or counter or is in contact with any
hot surface.
Do not start-up the steam cooker if the supplying cord
●
is damaged or the casing of the heating unit is visibly
damaged.
If the undetachable supplying cord is damaged it must
be replaced by a manufacturer or qualified service agent
in order to avoid hazard.
The appliance can be refurbished by trained staff only.
Improper refurbishment can cause the serious hazard to
the user. In case of any defects occurrence, contact the
qualified ZELMER service agent.
Let the appliance cool down before disassembling of the

parts.
Unplug the appliance before moving, cleaning and
●
maintenance.
Do not place it near the sources of heat.
●
Do not move the appliance when a hot liquid or food are
●
inside.
Do not touch hot parts of the appliance. Burning
●
hazard.
Place the appliance far from the walls, cupboards or
●
other items, which can get damaged with steam.
It is not allowed to switch the appliance unless you make
●
sure that the water is in the tank. The water in the tank
can not exceed the maximum level.
Operating the appliance with too low amount of water
●
(below the minimum level), can cause the overheating of
heating elements and result in damage of the appliance.
Make sure that all the parts of the appliance are properly
●
assembled.
It is not allowed to touch the appliance during operation,
●
use the cooking gloves for removing the lid, taking out
bowls and touching other hot parts of the appliance.
It is not allowed to get in direct contact with steam when
●
opening the cover. Burning hazard.
Removing the upper bowl, check if any products glued
●
from the bottom.
Do not put your hands, face or other parts of body
●
over the appliance during operation, as the appliance
generates steam. Lift the lid slowly. Use the utensils with
long handles for checking the products.
Do not operate outdoors.
●
Do not wash under running water, do not immerse the
●
water tank with heating unit in water.
Do not use aggressive detergents such as emulsion,
●
cleaning milk, cleaning pastes, etc. They can remove the
graphic information symbols, such as: scales, marking,
warning signs, etc.
Before cleaning, assembling or disassembling
●
always unplug the supplying cord from the mains
supply outlet.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons
●
(including Children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
●
play with the appliance.
Make sure that you understood the above mentioned
