Use of this function prevents any unwanted operation of the keypad.
Press the
+

–
buttons together for 5 seconds to lock the keypad and prevent
any inadvertent change of mode or setpoint temperature.
The symbol will then appear.
To unlock, press the
+
and
–
buttons together for 5 seconds. The symbol di-
sappears.
NOTe:
This function will not block mode change commands from a Pilot Wire or
PLC unit.
3.7 Calibrating and dissociating the Comfort and eco
temperatures
The calibration facility can be used to correct any variation between the room
temperature achieved by the appliance and the setpoint temperature requested at the
thermostat.
To do this, enter the variation between the temperature measured by a thermo-
meter in the room and the temperature achieved in
COMfORT
mode.
Hold the
Boost
and
–
buttons on for 5 seconds. The screen shows “0”.
The thermostat will then allow the measured temperature reading to be chan-
ged by up to + or - 5°C in 0.5°C increments by pressing the
+
and
–
buttons.
Then press the
Boost
button to switch to
eCO
mode temperature association/
dissociation.
Press the
+
and
–
buttons to select:
- Of
: The
eCO
mode temperature is your chosen comfort mode temperature
minus 3.5°C.
- ON
: The
eCO
mode temperature can be set independently of the
COMfORT
mode temperature. In
eCO
mode, you can now press the
+
and
–
buttons to increase
or reduce the temperature in 0.5°C steps.
Press the
Boost
button to exit.

Your appliance can be controlled remotely by a Pilot Wire programming base
unit. Once connected (see section 2.3), the appliance will recognise the programming
base unit automatically.
OPeRATION WITh A PlC PROgRAMMINg BASe UNIT,

Regardless of what the display is showing,press the

association signal from a PLC unit (to activate the association signal, see the instruc-
tions supplied with the unit). Run the association procedure on the control unit, then
press once on the

If the device does not find a PLC signal, it will automatically quit the association
mode after 2 minutes.
To dissociate your appliance from this PLC unit, press the
