Pull out the needle with the help of a smooth plier;

Unscrew the lock bush with tubular spanner, then remove it
from the valve body;
Check the wear of the lock bush O-ring (POS. 15-16-18) and of
the gasket (POS. 17) and, if it is necessary, replace it. Always
grease* the new O-rings before assembling them.

*Use silicon-based grease or oil
specific for O-rings.
