Unscrew the washer and nut on the BNC connector.

On the bottom enclosure, place the 5V DC Fan so that it aligns with the screw holes. The label on the fan
should be facing outward from the enclosure. The fan should be blowing air into the enclosure. You can
test this at the end by putting a small piece of paper outside the fan and verifying it is being sucked into
the enclosure.

Do not touch the center of the fan
