Place the rear wheel in the frame, making
sure that the chain is on the cog.
Carefully insert the rear wheel bolts in the
axle of the rear hub.
Now place the chain on the chain ring. Note
that the rear axle tensioners must first be
fully loosened.
PREPARING
Use an Allen key (2,5 mm) to adjust the chain
tensioners, sliding the rear wheel along the
drop-outs until the chain is at the correct ten-
sion. Make sure that the rear wheel is proper-
ly centered in the frame, with the same dis-
tance from the tire to the frame on each side.
Tighten the rear axle bolts. Please note that
this hub is mounted to the frame with one
bolt on each side. Consequently, each bolt
must be tightened to the recommended
torque.

Please follow the
torque specifications of
the manufacturers:
Seperate the wheels by cutting the zip tie
with a wire cutter. Remove the cardboard
packaging of both wheels.
Remove the frame cover from the main frame.
Cut the zip ties with a wire cutter and remove
the foam transport protection from the chain-
stay.
