Clean and disinfect the lancing device
To
clean the lancing device
thoroughly wipe the entire
surface of the lancing device
with disinfecting wipes to
remove any possible dirt, dust,
blood and other body fluids.
To
disinfect the lancing device
:
1.
Take another disinfecting wipe and wipe the lancing device
thoroughly (note: all blood and body fluids should be cleaned
from surface before disinfection).
2.
Allow the surface to remain wet for 1 minute.
3.
Allow to air-dry.
