12 Months Guarantee:
Your appliance has the benefit of our guarantee, which covers repair or replacement
of a faulty product for twelve months from the receipt (delivery date) of the product.
This gives you the reassurance that if, within that time, your appliance is proven to
be defective because of either workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion,
either repair or replace the appliance at no cost to you.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

The appliance has been operated correctly and in accordance with our
operating and maintenance instructions.
•
The appliance has been used for normal domestic purposes only.
•
Any repair work must be undertaken by us or our appointed agent.
•
The appliance has not been altered, serviced, maintained, dismantled, or
otherwise interfered with by any person not authorised by us.

Defects or damage resulting from use of the product in other than its normal
and customary manner

Replacement of any removable parts made of glass or plastic.

Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect

Defects or damage from use of natural oils other than those supplied or sold
by Young Living Essential Oils or an authorised distributor
