ANNUNCIATION ALARM
An optional Annunciation Alarm Kit p/n 375-00309-000
can be supplied which contains a second relay output
board whose dry contacts will transition to function as a
warning if a fault (“F” Code on displays) occurs or power
is lost to the control panel. Each system has its own set
of dry contacts which are normally open (N.O.) and close
when control power is applied to the panel. Anytime con-
trol power is lost or a fault occurs on one or both sys-
tems, the respective contacts will open, breaking the
alarm circuit. A 28VDC or 120VAC external alarm cir-

cuit (by others) must be wired into the YORK supplied
alarm contacts. If the alarm circuit is applied to chillers
used for critical duty (such as process duty, or cooling
other critical equipment) and the alarm circuit should
fail to function, YORK will not be liable for damages.
The kit contains (2) relays which are to be plugged into
the K2 and K3 sockets of Relay Output Board #2 (See
Fig. 68 ). Sys 1 alarm should be wired into terminals 300
and 301 of TB5 (See Fig. 69). Sys 2 alarm should be
wired into terminals 302 and 303 of TB5 (See Fig. 69).
