4.2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The specifications directly referred to the unit purchased are indicated on the identification
tag located in the internal side of the machine (see Fig. 1). Technical specifications (standard)
concerning installation and use of the fan coil units are listed on Enclosures 2 and 3 of this
manual.

• Technical features of the fan motor

With each EST fancoil unit there is the possibility to have different air volumes, ac-
cording to the use requirements. The relevant nominal air capacities are indicated
on Enclosure 3 of this manual and they are referred to standard fancoil units, with
clean filters, at the temperature of 20 °C, at sea level and without external static
pressure.

EST technology is composed by a brushless motor combined to a dedicated
electronic device (inverter), managed by specific regulators. The controller uses
a modulating signal with 0-10Vdc tension in order to regulate the fan speed.
