 Energy Efficiency Ratio at full load - the cooling capacity in BTU’s per hour 

(Btuh) divided by the power input expressed in BTUH per watt (Btuh/watt). 

COP

 = Coefficient of Performance - the total heating capacity provided by the refrig-

eration system, including circulating fan heat, but excluding supplementary resis-
tance (Btu's per hour) divided by the total electric input (watts) x 3.412.
